Are you asking about the actual lug length or lug to lug?

I don't find the length of each individual lug unwieldly at all.

The lug to lug is a very manageable 47 mm (just a touch over).

I think some of the issue is distortion in the photo. Here is my original release on a few different straps for any reference. (apologies to @Woolwich for hijacking! - in my defense the Super Compressor has been one of my favorites since release!).

Yes sorry I meant lug to lug. It must be the pictures then! 47 isn't that large at all.

Sorry for the delay in replying. I find the watch face quite small, smaller than expected, which to me is a bonus. I think your lug to lug observation could be down to me having *very* thin wrists, the Seiko Sports 100 with metal bracelet that I got when I was iirc 13 is still a daily wearer of mine.

Great write up! I love my Super Compressor and frequently switch between the camel strap and the black tropic rubber, but that pic of the blue tropic has me thinking!
