Partially held, is when one of the items you ordered is not yet in stock; could be the watch head, could be the strap or bracelet, could be an additional item you ordered.

It was only the Bell Canto on order but I got an email saying it was dispatched today so should be here within a few days.

That's great to hear.
When picking items for despatch the watch head and strap or bracelet are treated as separate items until married together.
So; if the watch head is available but the strap is not in stock your item will be 'partially held'.
