THANK YOU CW

Post by tikkathree »

I hear guys having to arm wrestle with watch vendors and I'm sure that there's been the occasional grizzle about the CW buying & ownership experience. I get that it happens.

In mitigation I'm delighted by my most recent experience. My Lumiere just stopped running within the first 30 days.

What would happen?

Straight replacement without any fuss or any bother. Excellent! Thank you CW.

To be fair that is what I would have expected.
No way should you have to have a brand new watch repaired after 10 minutes ownership.
Cheers now, Paul

You very rarely hear the good stuff, but people aren’t shy about romancing the stone when it comes to the bad.

Excellent work CW!
