Really like this version of the Bel Canto, the first I would probably buy (if I had the opportunity and that amount of cash).

The guilloché dial in dark blue with the union flag etched into it is very special, also like the hour markers in dark blue which should be more legible?

To be fair to CW they did claim the the Bel Canto 9324 has a deeper and richer blue than the original. The available images make any differences hard to discern. I don't think CW have authored a name for this "new" blue yet.
