Surprise!

Post by scotty2feet »

My fiancee has left for a long weekend so I got home tonight to an empty house. Or so I thought. Got in the door and there is was. That big black box! A card on top said happy engagement. My first CW, a C7SWT. :D I can not describe the feeling of excitement or anticipation about opening it. Now this may sound a bit tragic, but I first washed a couple of bits up and then made a cuppa, in the atempt of dragging out how cool this was. Having just opened it, I am blow away. It is STUNNING. Having never owned anything of this quality, I'm just taken aback by it. So I take it off the pad, and look at the back. The detail of the gilt disc backplate is awesome. Looking closer, I have just noticed it has been engraved with the date of our engagement last year! Sorry if I'm gushing at bit..... amazing...

photos and more of a review to come...

Congratulations; you have a special memory provided by your special lady...opening a box, though, is always a bit like that, the anticipation...UB.. :)

My hearty congratulations on the engagement. A relationship that begins with a watch is...... timely. 8)

If you get fed up with her....pass on her details to me....my wife said i'm not to have any more watches

but she has just bought me tickets to see the Australian Pink Floyd show in May...so she is forgiven

enjoy the watch

I hope you said "thankyou"............ :D
