i'll be interested to see what direction you go this year. wasn't expecting the speedy, so maybe you'll surprise us all again. ;)
I think what my Ball Trainmaster taught me and my Speedy drove home is that I really should make a better effort to zone in on that 40mm sweet spot. I just wish that didn't eliminate a huge selection of possibilities. It's hard to deny though that 40mm just fits me better. Two years ago, I would have been happy to keep that Magrette for at least a little while. Not so much anymore.

I've sent the Bremont Brothers two e-mails imploring them to please please please make a smaller version of the Supermarine (if they do, then that immediately becomes Target #1, no questions). I wish I could send out a mass e-mail to every watch maker on the planet to remind them that we weedy-wristed asians make up a rather sizable slice of the world's population. :)

And yes, let's set up a time soon to get a good look at our most recent pick-ups!

Peteo, thank you for your SOTC post. I always enjoy those and seeing how each forum member's collection evolves.
Congratulations again on your Omega Speedy addition.....such a Great watch!

Remind me again what you have remaining in your watch box from CWL?

Thanks, Viognier. I'm pretty happy with the Speedy and the collection in general.

The CWLs in my collection right now are:

C60 Kingfisher Yellow
C20 FLE
C70 US
C9 FLE
C60 FLE JAG

Hard to see me letting go of any of these. Maybe the C60 or C9 FLEs in the right circumstances. Never say never though.

Nice round up post Peteo, I wouldnt dare posting one myself as it'd be too much a reality check and therapists are expensive...., rather spend that on a watch haha.

Really happy for you about the speedy, as you seem to be bonding and so you should. Imo the Bremont supermarine is great but comparing to the solo I'd say you already have the better of the two. I too have Asia wrist and although 38-40mm is perfect size, a sub 42mm diver, apart from the all mighty submariner, just don't look right to me.

Looking forward to your next cw, as somehow think I would probably pull the trigger on the same one too

I'm pretty new to the world of nice watches so I enjoy looking and learning about peoples watches on forums and the like. I find myself being quite picky on what watch I like, but the first thing I do when I like a watch is to check the size, then the cost of course.

One watch I'd love to buy is the Longines Legend Diver, but at 42mm and the apparent long lugs I'm pretty sure it will be too big for my wrist.
