Ordered one - want to see it in the metal! Great price, we'll see if it stays...

My feelings too. I will keep my C60 Ombre, but if I didn't already have one, this would be very tempting, especially at this price.
I agree. The military time track around the outer edge of the dial is a nice touch too. I like the way the bezel markings look over the current Elite as well (particularly the 15 minute timing - I still like a fully marked bezel time the Ombré has).

And as you know - so do I.

Well it never occurred to me that a visit on 4 January would be excellent timing. :)

Honestly it never crossed my mind, when I selected that date. :-"

Just as well my visit is pure coincidence then. They'll probably be sold out overnight and we'll miss out :D

EDIT - They sold out well before overnight !
Nice watch, excellent price, limited edition so not surprising it's SOLD OUT already - wouldn't be surprised if there were a few "speculative" purchases.
Fortunately I had already decided that it wasn't something I'd go for as a 42mm diver is too big and the black diver slot is already filled.

Looks really good. Excellent price too. If I didn't pick up a Black Bay Ceramic this past year I would definitely be picking one of these up. But one all black watch is enough for my collection.

My thoughts are it’s a great looking watch at a fantastic price. If didn’t already own a prototype all black case Abyss I’d certainly think about buying one. Might see if I can buy a strap for mine.

It's been discussed on another thread. There are supposedly no more regular discount codes. (Already noted several times, I see)

I bit the bullet - ordered on a tide strap as I dislike bracelets. I ordered in GBP and saved appropriately $CAD100 compared to ordering in CAD.

Cheers,

Also likely shifted a load of Abyss cases and bracelets that may have been lying around too

Well done CW... they're really doing ok with their Special Editions recently
