The last edition of Loupe gave away some clues. Loupe said that the next big thing will be released in November, and hinted that it will be called Bel Canto. Google translate tells me that Bel Canto means beautiful song (approximately, I did use Google translate after all). So my guess is that it makes a noise of some sort. Otherwise, what it looks like or costs is anyone's guess. I just hope they avoided going down the 18th century design route. CWs modern designs are always the best showcase for their capabilities.

I'd have thought that in the crazy world of marketing and product leaks, sorry I mean launches mid October is pretty much the same as November? Please?

You’re right and I hope it’s not a collaboration. The H Moser x MBF pieces are amazing and there is no way CW are anywhere near that. If it’s a min repeater I wonder what movement will be used?
The Fears X CW collaboration will be out next year according to Nicholas Bowman-Scargill. He revealed this on one of the Casual Watch Review live streams recently.

Been speaking to the Alliance for a wee while regarding this, seems a fitting colab for the Alliance considering a Roger Smith model would narrow down potential customers....

Whatever it is this guy seems to think it's significant. I think the time is right for CW to create a real high quality, innovative and cost effective product to shake up the market.
I watched the video. He is incredibly irritating but what he has to say is quite interesting and in many ways rings true. as to the thing hinted at by Mike France, we shall have to wait and see. It may refer to something beyond the next release, but as yet we on the Admin Team are not party to any details.
This wounds me greatly. What am I to do when my CWL Forum friend AVO (the one who thought to start a thread congratulating me on my recent nuptials) finds one of my favorite watch commentators "incredibly irritating"? The enemy of my friend is my frenemy?
I kid of course. But I do find Andrew Morgan to be interesting and a very talented creator of watch-related media. And if he's blown away by something that one of my favorite brands has created, that is incredibly encouraging and exciting stuff.
At the same time, while I am a big admirer of MB&F's design courage, I'm not ultimately a fan of their designs.
So many conflicts. But I await eagerly all the same!
