What do you think if I order a watch from CW through Bespoke Watches with a SH-21 movement in a diving case
with a circulation of 20-30 watches...
is this even possible?

Re: SH21 for own LE possible?
There's been a few of these already made (C60, C65) unless you're after a different design.
CW C9 SH21 | C60 Elite GMT | C65 SH21
Ernst Benz Chronoscope DLC
Islander ISL-19 "beater"
Phoibos Leviathan DLC
Seestern 600T V3
Tag Aquaracer
Too many watches, not enough time :(

Re: SH21 for own LE possible?
I think, sadly, that you're going to 'fall at the first fence' as any Bespoke model has to be based on an existing production model, with design modifications to the dial, colour combination etc.
As there is no current C60 / C65 Dive watch with the SH21 movement, it will be a non starter.
A pity as, if you were thinking of this 18 - 24 months ago, using a C60 Abyss SH21 ( link to the CWArchive ) there might have been possibilities.
