Maybe we could have an eBay sales section where someone could keep track of the auctions and keep us all informed!

You Sir, are a tease!
The problem with this suggestion though, is that we’ll never find anyone who’s got the time to spend on it and it may, possibly, clog the Forum up! :silent:

eBay is convenient and safe for the most part. Shipping and logistics have also been streamlined quite a bit. I bought a watch from the UK via Global Shipping Program (im in USA) and the whole process was painless and quick.

Not a fan of global shipping myself - I purchased a couple of Bulova's last summer from a US based seller who ships internationally using global shipping. They shipped the day of purchase and supplied tracking, but it got stuck for 14 days at Pitney Bowes (who manage the global shipping for ebay). Then exported to the UK, where it took another 10 days from arrival to be delivered. This was summer time and off peak!

At the same time I purchased something else from a US seller who shipped with UPS I think and that arrived in 4 days.

I personally would only use global shipping if the purchase is a steal or something that I can't source anywhere else - just don't expect a quick delivery.
Current collection incl Citizen, G-Shock, Rolex, Seiko, Sinn & Tag.
