Regarding your question, CW usually have sales in January and July where “nearly new” items are discounted.

I don't think CW would say they sell pre owned watches.

When they sell new watches, the model number on the warranty card starts with a letter C

If they sell new watches in sales, the model number is changed to show a first letter of S

If they sell nearly new watches, they often describe them as show samples. They will have a new full warranty, and the model number starts with N. I don't think forum members generally know exactly what constitues a NN watch.

Many of us who have bought NN watches find them undistinguishable from brand new.

Preowned watches can be bought from eBay,, and other watch sellers. Our CW forum operates a watch sell/trade area as noted above, which carries other brands also, but a high proportion of CW watches.
