Re: Seaweed sealander coming soon
I was pretty sure there hasn’t been a green Sealander Chronometer before, which is why I questioned the “100 old dials to use up” comment in the previous post.
I do own a COSC certified watch that doesn’t say Chronometer on the dial though.

They wouldn’t. Blanks are made and painted, then any necessary additions like printing are made afterwards.
This is why it’s a 39mm, as I don’t recall the “hunter green” being available in 36mm previously.

Just seen the emil. I like the look but two bronze watches don't get a lot of attention so I'm still thinking about the SH21 V2 and of course....

Definitely the SH21 V2 (I’m imagining a lower profile) and possibly a C60 600 MK 4, alternatively, one of the Aquitaine knock ups in the dream CW thread.tikkathree wrote: ↑Tue Sep 26, 2023 8:08 pm Just seen the emil. I just feel that there is something missing from this watch.

Not a fan of LE’s, but I think this looks good. Still don’t have a green watch but it’s probably not going to be this one.

It’s a problem. You are pretty sure that there are very good things just over the horizon, so to speak, and yet you are attracted to what’s available right now. It’s what helps to turn us into flippin’ dolphins!

Re: Seaweed sealander coming soon
I was worried when I saw the announcement that I'd jumped on the bronze wagon too early with my recently purchased C60. Fortunately, I'm not keen on this one. Personal preference; the green dial looks better on a stainless steel watch.

Re: Seaweed sealander coming soon
Much as, here on the Forum, we seemed to give this watch a luke warm reception, CW must be doing something right as, looking for it on their website just now, I can't find it.

My presumption is that the 100 pieces have been Sold Out.

Re: Seaweed sealander coming soon
The Sealander already sells well. Green dials are a desired color. Bronze has captured people’s attention. C63+green+bronze=winning combination.
