Thanks for posting. But again, it’s a photo where the lighting shows the hands in a better light than in actuality.

See the previous post by Tim, this shows where my problem lies.

I was mostly just showing off my new acquisition. I haven’t been outside in days.

This is the biggest question for me with the white. In some photos the hands and indices look almost black, which is great, but they’re not black. I really like the white but worry about legibility, especially with my aging eyes.

I suppose the concern is merely academic, as I won’t be buying another watch anytime soon.

Yeah, still looks ok to me in direct sunlight. There’s enough contrast to get good information at a glance. Again, that’s to my eyes. Your mileage may vary.

Forgive the state of my back porch. Today’s the first day in a week I’ve felt well enough to step outside.

Bonus picture my wife took of me looking like a tool trying to get those pictures (ignore overgrown yard please). Image

That looks pretty good. Everyone with the white has spoken positively about the legibility. I take some comfort in that. I’m excited to see the 36mm versions and think a white, 36mm auto would be a perfect GODO watch…and an easy sell to my wife.
