I have just had my Fathers Rotary watch returned after being restored by Steve Mangham. He also seviced a Accurist for me.
Here are the before and after pictures
The before is of the watch which my mother tells me spent most of the '60s in a drawer in the kitchen.
The watch did see service in Korea with my father durning his National Service. I think it returned to the UK with him but the strap had rotted away and all the plating had worn away.

So the watch was sent away to Steve at the end of November last year. Today was the awaited return

Now i know that the restoration probably cost more than the purchase price, but what the hell!!
My father was killed in a car crash in 1966. The watch passed to me in about 2000. I finally got off my butt and sent it away. So here it is now.
