Is the case somehow damaged or faulty? In either event you would need to contact CW directly.

To answer your questions; I've not heard of this being done and have no idea of cost.
CW is generally willing to recase a watch, as they don't currently offer a refurbishment service, subject to the availability of parts.
The Bel Canto being a current model, I'd expect a spare case to be available. Inventory has been exhausted on some older models though.
