Hello everybody,

I am new to the forum and I've just paid for my first CW. And put down a reservation for the salmon Bel Canto.

I came across the brand due to the Bel Canto, but as I missed it like many of us, I was not looking into the brand anymore expecting a true limited edition. The rest of the its lineup is also too sporty for me, and I have watches from other brands to fill the need.

But a bit over a week ago I came across a review for the Twelve, and actually the specific style grew over me after I made a few Christmas PRX presents (yes, I am generous, life treated me well, and want to share the joy of my passion with those I like).

I liked the Glacier Blue, despite having preferred thinner and titanium for the style (the blue shade in the Ti is too similar in colour scheme to one of my Mosers).

I've paid for it, with an expected delivery date of May 10th.

Nothing since then.

And am worried because over the past few days the expected delivery on the website was going up like with a month per day.

Are there all shipments delayed? Has anybody received deliveries that were recently expected?

By the way, I live in Montreal, Canada.

I ordered mine a fortnight ago with a preorder date confirmation of May 10th. Received notification from both CW and DHL that order had indeed been dispatched on the 10th, with ETA in NL on the 12th. It arrived yesterday, a day earlier than planned

It was fast.

Also, the color seems nicer than on the CW presentation pictures.

Have you checked the status of your order within your account on the CW Website?

Possible status are; Pre-order - Being Prepared for Despatch - Despatched.

That’s all you get. Confirmation of order and then the thing turns up more or less on the CW indicates. Since it is a tad late, I suggest emailing CW. I don’t think trade between UK and Canada is free/frictionless, so possible delays at the border?

Mine was not shipped yet, but customs clearance will also add delays because they'll have to assess the import fees and so on.
I prefer to buy my watches in Dubai, but I could not wait to get this one
The Bel Canto expected in Feb24 I might ship to US, it seems CW has a business registered there and importing is streamlined.

Today the status for my order was changed to "Partialy held"

That normally indicates they have part of your order (usually the watch itself) but are holding it until they get the bracelet or strap.

I received this a few days after it was released but have only just had the bracelet resized for my small (15 cms) wrists. Had to have SEVEN links removed .
Anyway, the reason for the two photos is i) so that those who weren’t sure about the integrated bracelet on a small wrist get a bit of an idea of how it “sits” and ii) the other let’s people see the raised dial and how the different angles of this design catch the light.

@Chris375 That's actually my exact wrist size. It looks great on your wrist. Hmmm.......

I ordered it on May 7 with confirmed delivery for May 10. Now let's wait for DHL.
