Recent sale satisfaction feedback poll - please vote
To determine if the customer services situation is as bad as it seems or whether a few vocal dissenters are making things look worse than they are I present to you a poll.
I have allowed 10 votes - please only vote once on 'order 1' (plus 'watch loose in box', if applicable) so we can see how many people have responded, if you have more than 5 orders hopefully they aren't all the same answer so you can vote twice on 'orders 2-5' as required.
If you have any queries what you should pick feel free to discuss - votes can be changed and this will keep the thread bumped.
Thanks for taking the time to vote

Bet that took some time....... Sadly can't take part as none of the options apply to my issues.
Re: Recent sale satisfaction feedback poll - please vote
From my orders placed on the 3rd July.
First two orders were, (and voted accordingly.)
1 - late and with a major issue,
2 - late and with a minor issue, (arrived this week after chasing!)
Orders 3/4/5 I have put down as "other problem" as they have not yet arrived!

Watch received was not was advertised so returned. Orders 2-4 were for straps. One strap delivered without bader clasp so it was returned. Other was ok but returned under 60:60. Kept two of the four straps

Some serious issues if "Other problem" doesn't cover itTyke wrote:Bet that took some time....... Sadly can't take part as none of the options apply to my issues.

Was told in a previous post that not yet delivered doesn't count, even though it's a +2 weeks unfulfilled ordersrs1286 wrote:Some serious issues if "Other problem" doesn't cover itTyke wrote:Bet that took some time....... Sadly can't take part as none of the options apply to my issues.

Were both yours not cancelled due to excessive delay? One definitely was...Tyke wrote:Bet that took some time....... Sadly can't take part as none of the options apply to my issues.

The other I'm still waiting for but hey, it's now approaching day 15 however apparently that's not something to get annoyed about. No option for that except other which doesn't cover it so I'll wait to see if it ever arrives before entering my votes.suicidal_orange wrote:Were both yours not cancelled due to excessive delay? Re: Recent sale satisfaction feedback poll - please vote
So far I have voted only 2 orders, as those in the Summer Raffle aren't still here.
The first one was for a C5 Quartz ordered in the Spring Raffle: it was finally sent after 14 days of the confirmation date and on arrival I found myself with a watch with the case polished (it was advertised as brushed in the middle section so mine was maybe an NN) and with the dial misaligned, the second hand gaining time till 6 o'clock, and losing time to 10 o'clock, and a strap way too long
Never complained neither to CW nor here in the forum, as mi teenager son wooooowed the watch and I gave it to him after punching a new hole in the strap. Anyway it was a cheap bargain and at the moment I didn' feeel it was worth complaining.
The second order was for a C60 300 on the spring discount coupons. It took only four days to be despatched and the only bit of concern was a slight misalignment of the bezel I can live with. Anyway I feel there is a huge QC problem at CW.
The orders from the last Raffle... God knows when and how should arrive...
Then I shall vote on them

Well you can put as excessive delay if you like but I was thinking this would be a final result thing - you don't know what (if?) you get until it arrives. In your case a 'ridiculously long delay' option would certainly be applicable.Tyke wrote:The other I'm still waiting for but hey, it's now approaching day 15 however apparently that's not something to get annoyed about. 10/20 arrived as expected and only 5/20 were considered quick - far from impressive so far!

Yes fairly few issues
Re: Recent sale satisfaction feedback poll - please vote
I count 45 votes as we speak, 26 issues, so currently more than 50% of orders (not counting slowness) with problems.
