Cracking looking watches, the C11s. My preference is the simplicity of the auto's face, but that chrono looks great, too. :D The new logo works on that rather nicely, I think.

Sorry to hear that Steve, the deal was fantastic but even without the extra 50 I still think its a hell of a watch. The buckle, the glass, the crown, the hands.

On the other hand you're now closer to the price of the auto and I know there were some mixed feelings regarding a quartz. My problem is I'm not sure if I ever want another quartz watch but I really like chronos and auto chronos aren't cheap. So much so that I'm thinking of selling my seiko solar diver chrono and getting a seiko 5 or an auto orient.

Oh and the strap. I must admit I've never had a strap that was even remotely as nice as this. Although I live in the Caribbean and all this cheese talk has me concerned.

Thank you. Unfortunately nothing as exciting as a beach today, it's a dirt road out of a quarry.

Been wondering about these C11 Quartz Aviators for a while on and off .... but its the size of the watch thats a potential problem for me as with a lot of the C Ward range

Yours seems a good fit in the pics without looking too massive ... what size wrists are you please out of interest ?

Thanks

Cheers James

I had previously been sent some very helpful pictures by Ferg ( MiniMpi on here) and felt i could maybe stretch to wearing the C11 as we were almost same wrist size
But your wrist size is a good half inch larger despite being even more similair shape to my own so its back to the drawing board i'm afraid :(

Thanks for the info and enjoy the new watch
