Same here. Plus they serve as excellent master-timers for setting mechanicals. My currrent 3:
Omaga Polaris: +1 per month, regular.
C3: only 3 weeks old, but looks like +2 or +3 for the month.
Casio: less accurate about +10 per month...wore it last year for a month hiking in Spain (only watch) and I didn't miss my flight home! :D

It's worth having a quality watch cleaned when you change the battery. I've usually done this with the Omega and will probably use the CW 360 service with the C3.

AVO, my quartz wasn't quality, a Pulsar, hence no service. :)
