Hmmm. Actually eBay may allow returns for items that aren’t as described, so it may be possible. I don’t know enough about eBay !
You absolutely can return the watch if it is faulty, but there is a time limit. Edit: Any reputable seller would take the watch back and resolve the issue regardless of return policy. I know I would.

Yes. To fill in the online form you need the order number. Without this you can’t submit the form and are asked to contact CS.
I actually saw this listing and was watching it. My watchmaker buddy has mentioned ETA 2824/SW200 sometimes has a “catching issue” where the crown stem needs a couple push and pulls to reset. I cannot speak for the manually wound, but curious if that catches. I bet CW service makes it right! It’s a really cool piece. Up to you if it’s worth it.

Thanks for the information. I agree that it’s a really cool watch. Just a little bit different to black/black (although the khaki does appear almost black in some light). I do really love it enough to go through some palaver to keep it :lol: :thumbup:
