Thanks guys! I believe the watch is now close in proximity. Demand was maybe too strong of a word :p

My guess is it was stuck in customs and not CW's fault.

I ordered my C60 Trident GMT on Dec 13th (i'm in the USA) and was told orders by Dec 15th would be guaranteed to make it by Christmas. Mine didn't make it by Christmas, but that isn't CWL's fault, it was customs and USPS. However when I ordered the watch, I was given tracking information that sent me to a broken tracking site on Royal Mail. CWL resolved this a few days later after I sent them an email.

CWL was very prompt in sending out my confirmation email and tracking info, and resolved the tracking issue promptly once notified of an issue.
