Jim77 has made his point and decision. We asked for clarity, offered assistance and his decision regarding this matter seems firm.
It seems to me that it was a poorly executed attempt to do the right thing on CW's part. Regardless, the product that arrived was unacceptable to the buyer. Beating up the messenger here via multiple posts serves no more use than the messenger overdueing the complaint.
CW has been made aware of the situation and directed to this topic, so hopefully, it does not happen again.
Please, let's move on.
