I use TradingView and received an email on the 10th - only just read it today, no biggy for me because I wouldn't have bought one.

This is the blurb that was sent out last week.

Subject line: The world's first trading watch.

I thought this bit was quite amusing, bearing in mind that there were no apparent checks on eligibility. Especially the “secret” part.

Trading View users have a username and can login with that or email address from memory - I'm sure they wouldn't share that with a third-party such as CW in order to generate unique codes.

In my experience anyone who trades regularly understands when markets open and close and don't need a watch for confirmation, however fair play for coming up with the idea. Only emails I normally receive from TradingView are subscription reminders and Black Friday offers, so this is an unusual collaboration.

One could say something similar for most watch complications. I find it to be an interesting use for a GMT complication and have been racking my brain trying to think of equally inventive applications. It’s like the different scales one can use with a chronograph. So what else could one track with a GMT complication? Perhaps the tides? That would be cool.

Love seeing these listed for like $7k on eBay. Weird that cryptobros would massively over-value something.

For that amount you could practically make your own bespoke edition and have 25 of your own run.

We partnered with Christopher Ward to create a limited edition (only 500 pieces) watch with crystal flat top sapphire, brushed & polished steel, water resistance 150m, interchangeable straps, and global market tracking capabilities. If you missed this release, don’t worry. We have more features, products, and special pieces coming in the future. Stick with us 😉

That was full price - wasn't there a 40% discount for tradetime members?
