Got my invite and reminders set! I'm just hoping for something unspeakably cool and everyday wearable. If they've gone too flashy then it'll end up sitting in a box unworn and there's no greater tragedy in watches than that.

kev017 wrote:^^^ same here. Although confused about the timing as it is at 4pm BST (as originally stated, I believe) but elsewhere on this thread there is a screenshot of a preview at 5pm BST. I guess there might be more than one session.
There is a second preview at 5pm for non-members of the Forum / CWE, i.e. other invited customers.

Honestly, I think there's something quite endearing about a virtual event which counts down minute by minute, reaches zero with a message "THe event hasn't started yet" and then drops into a black screen and silence: or am I the only one not seeing anything on vimeo?

EDIT: 10 minutes in, thought I'd try on my phone and I'm in.

I like the 'live' indicator in the top left corner and a black screen? Perhaps it's a new darker, stealthier abyss?

I wnet back to the source email on my laptop, clicked it again and IN! :oops: :oops:

@jtc me too!

Having missed the first ten minutes I'm assuming that this is the 20th Anniversary BIG DEAL watch? :thumbup:

EDIT 2: I'm new to vimeo and with nothing onscreen to indicate how I might follow the instructions in the CW email for how to sign in and ask questions are these a matter of having a vimeo subscription? That was a less involving experience than the previous virtual product launches from CW: do I need to move with the times?

Poor connection in the streaming, kept buffering, so I missed bits throughout the presentation. I assume it's because traffic was heavy.

Otherwise, thanks to the Forum team and CW for the preview.

Can't wait for the official release so the discussions can commence!
