On the website the thickness is measured at 11.25mm. I measure 11.65mm. I measure 11.22 without the crystal. It is tough to grab a measurement without the crystal.
I'm guessing that all of the thickness measurements on the website are without the crystal.

I measure the Dartmouth at 11.93 and the book says 11.55.

I measure the C65 GMT at 12.31 and the book says 12.05.
Good work sir!!..

^^^ I am checking into this.

I will also state that all height measurements (except prior to 2014) that are in the Archives are taken from official numbers listed on the CW website, Loupe, and owners manuals. Prior to 2014 I measured all watches to determine the case heights. My measurements included the crystals.

Alright, pulled the plug on the black dial on bracelet. Went back and forth between this or going up in market for either a Black Bay 36 or Grand Seiko SBGX261. I thought the BB's modified movement had a 70h power reserve (the only reason I was ready to fork £2.5k), turns out it's the same 38hrs of the regular SW200. As for the Grand Seiko I had huge bracelet sizing concerns, even with the half links, as there are no micro adjustments. The only reason why my SBGE253 fits perfectly is because there are 4 micro adjustments on the GS Sports Series bracelets. And understandably, the London boutique I visited said they couldnt size it for me to try before I purchased it. Didn't want to take the £2k bet.

These were the signs that the CW was the one to buy. Cant wait until it ships on November 10 (damn!).

CW is appreciative of the heads up regarding these case heights. They have checked into it and will make the changes to website and manuals asap. I have also corrected the CWArchives.

Corrected measurements (including crystal) are..

C63 36mm - 11.2mm
C63 39mm - 11.5mm
C65 Trident GMT - 12.3mm
C65 Dartmouth - 11.8mm

Awesome to hear that they're once again paying attention for the better.

And thanks for the very good work, Sir/Dame Admin.

I'll measure my Ombré LE when I get it back (currently at service for a movement issue) and report back.
