If you haven't already got your green version then I think you will be very pleased. My pictures have not captured it at all well but it is a really nice shade and a bit more sombre that the others

I definitely do! No questions now about what color straps might work - they’ll all work!

Re: New Sealander colors coming Thursday.
We’ll it’s arrived and it’s lovely… the blue colour outside in the sun is beautiful
However, I now have a massive dilemma… 36mm shouldn’t work for me, it really shouldn’t, it’s too damn small surely
Except, it not only looked fine, but I’ve had it on for about an hour and this watch/bracelet combo is just so comfortable (bracelet taper is great) and it doesn’t “feel wrong” in fact it absolutely “feels right”
My problem is, this watch was bought as a gift for my fiancée, and now I’m not sure I want to give it up
I will of course, and assuming she likes it and wants to keep it, then I can look longingly at it and be happy
Or I could buy another one for myself, the green is tempting and so is the “normal” black dial
Damn you CW, for releasing this range, what have you done

Edit: Ok, it’s definitely for her, she’ll rock it on the blue strap I’m sure. I can surreptitiously try it on a bit more over the next few weeks and if I still feel the same, then get a (non LE) black dial on camel strap and repurpose this bracelet for that

looks great in the outside world. It also looks spot on on your wrist size wiseJasperCat wrote: ↑Thu Aug 04, 2022 3:20 pm We’ll it’s arrived and it’s lovely… the blue colour outside in the sun is beautiful![]()

Re: New Sealander colors coming Thursday.
Just size the bracelet for your wrist. She wears it on the strap, and when the mood strikes you wear it on the bracelet....assuming she's not wanting to were it at the same time, that is. Problem solved! And I think you ought to get one in black exclusively for yourself, too.JasperCat wrote: ↑Thu Aug 04, 2022 3:20 pm My problem is, this watch was bought as a gift for my fiancée, and now I’m not sure I want to give it up

I second this! I was initially concerned it may be a bit too light green but I think the team at CW have got it spot on

My wrists are 20cm (7.8")... I;m still genuinely surprised how well this dial size and bracelet combination works on my wrist... still wearing it now (need to put it away soon)NationOfLaws wrote: ↑Thu Aug 04, 2022 3:53 pm What size are your wrists? Re: New Sealander colors coming Thursday.
Actually Andrew, this was already what I'm thinking... I don't yet know even if she'll wear it (hasn't worn a watch for ages), but if she does, I know it will be the blue strap she prefers... that leaves me with the bracelet and "if" I do decide to get another, I'm also (like you) sure it would be a black dial on strap, so would give me optionsjkbarnes wrote: ↑Thu Aug 04, 2022 3:46 pmJust size the bracelet for your wrist. Re: New Sealander colors coming Thursday.
Waiting for me when I got home today. Quick strap change (clearly not the right strap for it, but was in a rush to get back out of the house). Will attempt to resize the bracelet tonight...
Given its my 1st CW since 2013 (!), I'm very impressed so far. Could do without the date but that's a minor quibble.

That turquoise is beautiful. It would have been what I went for if I didn’t get the monta in turquoise

Well it didn't take long. If you missed out on the Lucerne Blue, for £1,250 you could still bag one (you don't get the bracelet for that price of course

On the upside Patrick, at least I was able to see pics of the case side on. Would rather have looked at one of my own.Thegreyman wrote: ↑Thu Aug 04, 2022 7:37 pm Well it didn't take long. Although to do that I need CW to bother sending mine out. Dealing with dispatch in line with when people ordered is a clear fail, as far as I am concerned.
Still no dispatch email!

Nor me, Neil, so at least the two of us, in relation to each other, are not being processed in the wrong order.
