New Purchase: C60 Trident Khaki
New Purchase: C60 Trident Khaki
1/19/12: I added pictures here: http://www.christopherwardforum.com/vie ... 65#p131965
I've been lusting over the C60 Trident Khaki for over a month now since I have discovered it. I did a lot of research, on this and other forums, and it seemed like a great value and a very solid watch. I like both the Omega Seamaster (and the Planet Ocean) and the Rolex GMT and I felt this was a combination of all those watches while still having it's own unique style. Since none of those watches are close to being in my budget at this time, I decided to try out the C60.
I just got the delivery confirmation this morning so I will post pictures as soon as I get it in (hopefully next week) since there are no pictures I could find online of this particular watch. Also, I just purchased a C5 from the NN sale....is it safe to say I'm addicted already?

I don't know about addiction, but I would say the meds are well balanced. Congrats...Looking forward to the photos.

Eagerly waiting for the pics too, not sure I have seen a wrist shot yet.
Just been thinking how would the C60 Khaki look with Old Radium Super-luminova hands and indices (like the vintage C8), very military I guess.

Hi there - very much looking forward to seeing your C60 Khaki. I have the C60 GMT SOKKO (Orange bezel) The watch style itself is, in my eyes, a defacto standard in the CW range, I can't see them ever discontinuing it.
I also got a colleague interested in CW, and he's just bought the NN C5 with brown strap - I must say that is a beautiful watch, at first it looked to me a little uninspiring, but it doesn't half grow on you.
Enjoy.

Congratulations. I'm sure you'll love it. Looking forward to seeing photos of a Khaki version. The colour rendition on the web site never seems to be that good. Looking forward to hearing your views when you've seen it in the flesh. Quite fancy the Khaki C60 myself.

Looking forward to seeing so pics of the khaki. I have my name down on the Blue LE but I think I prefer the khaki, I also have the added problem of "a new appearing" because as of today me and the Doris are living together.

A house, the van is just for hols, weekends away and for me to sleep in when we have a slight disagreement and a frank exchange of views.downer wrote:Are you in that van or a house?lamppo_the_GasFitter wrote:Looking forward to seeing so pics of the khaki.
