Re: New moon phase watch
This might be my first full price CW.
Looking forward to seeing it as I’m interested in all things about the Moon.
NASA, Apollo missions, space travel etc.
Hoping this might fill a space, no pun intended, in my watch box.
Just don’t let it be bronze or have a date magnifier!!

I couldn't help notice you reference to the fab four here, my morning coffee must have been doing its job. Perhaps if CW removed Swiss made from the dial and replaced it with 'across the universe', well then your mind would be totally made up.TheBeatles wrote: ↑Thu Oct 26, 2023 7:20 am This might be my first full price CW.

Re: New moon phase watch
It’s now up on the CW website. Lovely watch but a bit too dressy for me.

Des, I missed my second pun. Your coffee woke you up better than mine. A couple of pics from the launch at the Royal Observatory Planetarium last night.

Re: New moon phase watch
Just lovely
It looks a bit under-represented on leather (but that’s from pics only), but absolutely gorgeous on the consort bracelet. The fact that it’s a perpetual moonphase captures my imagination. And it’s great that the Moonglow will be continuing. Two very different representations. I love CW moonphases - would be delighted with any of them.

Wow I was spot on with my guess…. Maybe I should design watches.
Only 3 ATM , I need at least 60

Looking at those pics Guy, it seems you can only tell the time by the position of the moon in the light as well.…

Re: New moon phase watch
I mentioned this in the chat for the Zoom event; I'm not sure there's any need to have "Swiss Made" on such a minimal dial. It detracts from an otherwise beautiful watch.
Still tempted to get one though...

Re: New moon phase watch
NOT what I was hoping for. Rather the Moonglow and both too big.
No indices kills any watch for me.
Really disappointed to be frank.
