So what's this about then... they want full price for a watch that was supposed to have a fully brushed case?

When the first sample cases came through it was obvious we had not been clear enough in the specification file and, instead of a fully brushed case being set in front of us to assess, we were confronted with one that had facets that were both polished as well as brushed.

??

Seems straightforward to me. The mockup they got wasn't what they asked for, but they liked it better or as much and decided to use that look in the final.
Rolex Explorer II | Tudor BBR | Tudor North Flag | Omega Seamaster Pro 300M | Speedmaster 3513.30 | TAG Kirium F1 | Chr.Ward C9 GMT | C10 Mk1 | C65 LE | Oris Player's 7410 |
WR: 7.25"

Madness takes its toll. Please have exact change.

Or decided to offer a new version in a choice of finish...

Nobody is forcing you to buy one, so why is it even an issue?

I too am failing to see an issue. Most of the C60's are brushed and polished.

They ordered one thing and got another. They preferred it, kept it and now it's for sale.

Many great things are discovered by accident.

I'd love one in steel! It'll be my next watch. Will sell my C60 for it. Hope they have the "glidelock" bracelet by then.

Just popped over to CW towers and collected my C60 Trident GMT 600 42mm EVENT-52.
Almost too good to wear. I may have to get a C60-42-AUTO-SKRS to keep this one safe :D
