hi all, we’ve got only 3 spots left for pre-order! Expecting confirmed production date very soon. Below is an image of the dial prototype in the flesh – looks 🔥!

Link for pre-order in the original post, if you do order pls let me know. First come first served basis.

@cmpic

I remember seeing this months ago and thinking what a great project and sorry I was too late.

Will this have a true no-date movement (aka sw200 with date parts removed) and only 1 position on the stem/crown or will it be a standard sw200 with the dial covering the date mechanism and 2 positions (aka ghost position) on the crown?

Now that it has not yet been closed:
- When is the actual close date for pre-orders?
- What is the estimated time for delivery (knowing that it will be delayed even beyond that)?
- How many have paid and how many more do you need?

This all happened before I joined the forum, but that dial is something rather lovely. Unfortunately I think 38mm might just be a little small for my taste, otherwise I'd be filling one of those 3 spots...

I think it has a date window at 6 o'clock unless I'm mistaken.

I am moving too fast today. The date window can be seen on the dial prototype just above my post... :shock:

I too am worried about 38mm but then my dress watches in 40mm and 41mm sometimes seem out of style even for my flat/oval 7.75-8" wrist.

@nycWATCHnerd

that's right - it has a date. Answers to your questions below:

- When is the actual close date for pre-orders: pre-orders happened in June last year. Currently window open until these 3 sell out.
- What is the estimated time for delivery (knowing that it will be delayed even beyond that)?: Rough estimate was Feb before, i am waiting for exact date. Hopefully not much later than Feb...
- How many have paid and how many more do you need?: I don't strictly need any more orders. It's gone to production already. I just know there are 3 spots left but CW are producing them with the expectation that these will soon also be accounted for (and I i think they will be).

Update: We have sold out as of now. I will advise if we manage to increase production by a few units to accommodate a few people who missed out.

I'm pleased they have all been sold, as it was getting to be tempting. The different shades of blue look very attractive (maybe they are all the same and it's varied reflections). Enjoy :D

it's all one shade of blue - as you suspected, the different texture and finishings give you the impression of difference in colour.

I’m looking forward to updates on this sector dial project. Glad we’re getting somewhat close. CW is quite busy!

Please do. I should have ordered one of the last few but I got (too) caught up in the January sale and missed out.

Noted, will let you know. I do have a short list of people who missed out and hopefully we will get an allocation of a few more so that we can get one for everyone who wanted one. Thanks!

I've read there's a possibility of increasing production to more than the 50 LE's first released.

Is advertising a set number of limited editions then increasing this later once orders have been placed something CW does often?
TIA.
