New C1 Moonglow in Celestial Blue
Re: New C1 Moonglow in Celestial Blue
That's very pretty. The colour is lovely, and I like the fact that there is only one visible moon. I can't see them hanging around very long tbh.

The dial and strap color combination is *chef's kiss*. Eighty folks are going to sporting a stunner.

Stunning - I am not really a big fan of moon-phase watches (though I admire how clever they are) as I don't need to know the shape of the moon
but that is done beautifully - and I love the date feature - would happily buy a watch like that without the moon bit

Very smart, indeed.
I could be wrong, but from looking at the case dimensions, it seems that this uses the same case as the Mk1 Moonglow, not the new/current Mk2 Moonglow, so there won't be an integrated bracelet that fits it, unfortunately.

Re: New C1 Moonglow in Celestial Blue
Is that the old (mk1) moonglow case?

^^^^ I concur, Steve.
Game is rather given way by it only being offered for sale on a leather strap. There's no bracelet option.

Cross checking C1 Moonphase 40 and the Moonglow in the CWArchive, it very much looks like it, Rich.biggus_richus wrote:Is that the old (mk1) moonglow case?

Love that dial color choice which is so much better than the black dial version.
That strap color choice is not great IMHO. Why not a color matched strap or a navy strap or even a black strap?

Wow! That’s beautiful. Out of my price range though. I’ll be excited to see pics of this in the wild.

100% agree - understand the reasons given above for not having a bracelet, but the strap color choice is odd in my book.nycWATCHnerd wrote: ↑Mon Jan 13, 2025 4:55 pm Love that dial color choice which is so much better than the black dial version.

Very nice looking piece indeed. I think the dial colour really suits the design.

Now that’s the CW moonphase that I’ve wanted, unfortunately blow my budget in the sale.
