So we had no email update regarding my order. As a result I emailed them Saturday got a response today saying it's been delayed to early April.. The communication could be better from their end. It's a bit disappointing but at least now I know .
Kind Regards
John

Not entirely surprised. I have to say that given many years of dealing with CW, their customer service is best described as idiosyncratic.

May have to reset slightly as the New Moon doesn't arrive until tomorrow. I'm looking forward to the first bright sliver of the waxing moon appearing on the left of the dial 8)

Good job you didn’t capitalise that. They would have been going nuts down in Brazil.

Have you heard anything yet?
I'm going to email them again on Monday if no update.

I got an Order Despatch email on Friday and it’s due for delivery tomorrow.
I’d guess they are working through the “last” batch so I’d give it a couple of days.

Mine still says "Partialy held' quoting the typo as well.
It's very frustrating how we have to be left wondering when our order will be delivered. I have no signs of the watch progressing. The last update was the one I provided where they said early April. And we are reaching the second trimester of a month or mid month equivalence without any update.
I'm glad yours has gone through.. but this has been a less than desirable or acceptable experience in all honesty. I want to spread the word of the brand but in all honesty they have to do a lot of work in their after sales support for now I think this will be my first and last.
Kind Regards
John

How do you set the moon? Can you hack the movement, so the moon phase is independent of the time showing? I will see if I can download a manual.

^^^ Find the watch in the Archive. There will be a link to the manual.

You set the Moon in the same way as one might set a GMT hand.

I downloaded a manual and saw how you can adjust it.

It does seem different to a date wheel though, as the date change mechanism only engages at certain times, whereas the moon disk is permanently engaged isn't it?

Clever things, watches. :D
