New C1 Bel Canto x The Watch Society

Post by foxes1884 »

Hi, this arrived sooner than I was expecting.

It is the C1 Bel Canto x The Watch Society.
It has an Aventurine dial which photos do not give justice to.

I took a risk to cover both a desire of a Bel Canto and an aventurine dial.
I really like the fact the sparkle of the Aventurine dial really gives the watch a sense of movement that I feared the Bel Canto would be missing in my eyes.

Overall I couldn’t be more pleased at this early stage. :D

You just can't capture the scintillations in a still photo. It's hard to capture them properly in a video clip. I find the effect completely entrancing :D

In honour of this thought, my next wear will be my (non-cw) aventurine moon phase, which Sugess called bluestone I think.

Yeah, this is THE Bel Canto to have in my opinion.

The tech just pops like crazy off of that night-sky background. Of all the adventurine I saw at the Vancouver show, CW had the classiest approach to my eye, most of it was overly cluttered with too much material (copper?).

The stark-er Romans are a huge win... personally I would trade the lume in the hands for that same stark, dark filler, but I digress...

This is spectacular.

Congrats and enjoy
