Did I think exceptionally long about purchasing this watch? No, it was one of my most effortless and fastest watch decisions.

A C60 Atoll special edition/limited edition of just 350 pieces, beautiful Azure-blue gradient dial with twin-flag motif, sapphire crystal, 40mm x 47.46mm x 12.95mm, 60 ATM WR, Sellita SW200-1, with the 60/60 return/warranty and which I think is a wonderful price.

As is often the case, the thread has developed some interesting twists and turns. I'll openly admit to knowing next to nothing about Kickstarter but if the procedure is that you pledge on the 2nd and receive the item you've "supported" by the middle of the same month then perhaps I'm missing out.

Great looking watch at a very good price - I do like a red-tipped second hand.

I won't be buying one ... there is nothing wrong with them, just not my style. With just a little bit of luck maybe, just maybe, we will see the 36mm Sealander released with this dial rather than the inevitable Tiffany blue dial. I think it would look great on the Sealander.
Those were my thoughts and hope as well. This pic (showing a page from Loupe), which I took from the 36mm Sealander forum thread, seems to show an ocean blue shade similar to the centre of Atoll's dial.

The Atoll is certainly a very pretty watch at a great price, but I really don't want a diver, let alone one with a fairly thick 40mm case with an unnecessary 600m WR.

A 36mm sports watch with the same pretty gradiented dial would be really up my alley. Fingers crossed.

Great catch on the colour similarity to the picture in The Loupe. Let's hope it comes to fruition.

I would imagine that a lot of people will also at some point go for a blue hybrid or blue tide strap, whilst not matching perfectly, they will likely match Better than the black variants.

As it stands, I’m in as does look a superb dial
According to Mike France in his interview with Worn and Wound at WindUp San Francisco C60 Mk 3.1 is next year. C60 Mk 4 is 2024.

Tentative release schedule starts at 12:20

Edit: Trident 3.1 is August/September 2022. I still expect the 36mm Sealanders before that although the date does seem to have slipped. Should be a busy end of year for CW.

Downer managed to find a hand winding tool for his watch, I noticed.

I’m intrigued by the color of this LE, and the price is fantastic for the value of this watch. Nice job on the Atoll blue, CW!

I’m on the fence with this one as to where it would slot into my watch range. Must think some more about this. And it wouldn’t be a problem for me to miss this LE; I have no doubt it will sell well - regardless of the not-a-Kickstarter nonsense.

Must be sold out. No longer on the home page and the product page throws a 404 error now. Congrats to those who snagged one.

I do kind of wish they’d keep discontinued products on the site but unindex and hide them. Omega does that and it makes it much easier to navigate the secondary market. I understand CW doesn’t get paid on resold pieces, but it wouldn’t cost them anything to do it.

Sure, but the average person doesn’t know about that. Keeping product pages in situ is much cleaner.

Wow! Ordered mine about seven hours ago. Glad I got in before it was sold out. Tried to resist but I just had to pull the trigger on this one.

Yep, looks like they're gone. Drat - I've posted a few times about my wish for a more colourful Trident to use as a daily in place of my Kingfishers but it pops up and I'm in the sticks!
