I bought a C3 Grand Tourer around 2017. I wore it on and off over the next few years and then put it away.
Today I got out the watch and needed to change the battery (it was dead). I got that sorted nicely but the chronograph seconds hand resets to 24 seconds and the minute register resets to 10 minutes.
I read the instructions and was able to press the A and B buttons at the same time while the crown was in the third setting position. The seconds hand and minute register spun around but right back to 10 minutes and 24 seconds.
How do I get the chrono seconds hand and minute register hand reset to zero?
Thanks in advance.
Note - I had totally forgotten how beautiful this watch is. I'd turned into a mechanical watch snob in the last 5 years so I put this away. Dumb. This belongs on my wrist!

Welcome. If you have followed the instructions to the letter, I’m not sure what else to suggest, but there may be other folks who can. I’m sure someone will chip in.

Make certain you are pressing in the A and B buttons for at least 3-4 seconds. A common issue is not holding them in long enough despite the manual saying 2 seconds.
You can also try removing and reinstalling the battery and trying again. This sometimes works.

^^^^ Sounds like you're doing the A plus B correctly, but are you then following through to reset each hand by clicking it forward (you've not mentioned that you are doing this)?

Yes, Guy's point above^^^^^^^. I don't know if I have direct experience of this quartz calibre but yes, sometimes you've got to go through the motions with all hands or functions. It doesn't take a lot of time once you get the knack but please keep us informed..
