I’ve heard back from CW customer service. The correct serial # has been set aside for me, and they are arranging a DHL pick up of the incorrect watch. I’ve asked to have the bracelet sized as a bit of a “sorry for the screw up” gesture. Seems like a reasonable enough thing to ask for! Feeling much better this morning.

I think that sounds a reasonable accommodation, Andrew. My suggestion about asking for a freebie engraving was slightly tongue in cheek, as you may well have imagined. Very pleased to hear that you’ve got your coveted serial number. :thumbup:
