I signed up for USPS email updates and it left the Springfield facility last night. I don't have high hopes but it was he crazy if I got it today. Def Monday though the way it looks...

I have a C60 on order as well but mine is the COSC version. The wait is killing me but I'm glad to see that I should be able to track it when it finally does ship. Congratulations on the watch, wear it well.

So it has arrived the USPS mailman came at 11am to drop off the box.

My first impressions are tough because this is my first real automatic watch or higher end watch besides my Movado so I really do not have much to compare it to. The Movado's craftsmanship does not compare to the Christopher Ward C60 Trident Pro though. My first look was obviously at the waved face which immediatly caught my attention as it hit the light. The second thing I noticed was the amazing detail of the watch and the time put into the design and lines. The C11 strap in my opinion looks awesome on the C60 and goes well with the black face and bezel. I do have on order the steel band but since its backordered I wil not get it till the middle of September. Overall to me its amazing a tad heavy but expected as a dive watch and a tad bulkier than I thought but I think even with my small wrist it fits well. I feel that for a $550 watch its craftsmanship and quality is up there with some $1-2k watches I have seen.

Here are the pics sorry they are crappy its with my Iphone and the light in my office isnt great.

Looks great, glad you're pleased with it. I think you did the right thing getting that C11 strap with it as well as the bracelet, gives you a couple of options to change the look of the watch. Congratulations!

looks great! glad you're pleased with it.

you can also add to your variety with a nato/zulu type strap, which work well with the C60. in particular, the bond nato seems to fit extremely well with the black c60.

That strap is nicely understated.

Enjoy!

Is it just me or the C11 strap gave the C60 a higher status ? It looks like a dress watch, isn't it ? Wonderful choice, mate

Not as dressy as alligator would, but it does look very very nice together. I personally think the C11 strap looks average with the Makaira. I think it looks so much better on the C60. I am taking my rubber off my Makaira and will keep this in mind if I get a C60 full-size instead of the mid-size. Honestly can't wait to get mine whenever that is.

Absolutely. I seriously want one now. Got a C11 makaira on the way but those photos are making me reconsider my choice lol

I know why everyone is going crazy over this combo: It reminds of the Planet Ocean on rubber aka Casino Royale PO.

It looks a million times better than the standard Trident rubber and has that beautiful signed buckle which shows quality. As I said before I think it does nothing for the Makaira's looks and works much better here. Something like a Maratac works better for the Makaira. CW should really start selling these together as a choice on the website for the C60.
