Just had a real good look at that scratch: it's appalling. Clearly my suggestion about Cape Cod was premature. Looks like that strap has been fitted by somebody in a hurry or with a bad attitude! Shame that such a happy occasion is marred by bad craftsmanship.

Returns envelope should be with me tomorrow, had an email from customer services apologising for the issue. So hopefully by end of next week I will have a new perfect model.
