Only joking, although I do like Pilot watches, could never quite bring myself to buy one even when they were in the sales.
Don't you mean a team of Mortis men? :D

So, a couple of these are franken watches?

Nice collection if you have some good Raybans.

And yes, I am aware of the history and I respect it. (Last time I made a negative comment, Yoda called me a cretin).

With the history behind the design it is just flat out smashing in my book. Very cool bit of history on your wrist with that.

I really do like these watches (well the UK versions). Had a PVD one but preffered the stainless case. By the time I flipped mine to get the stainless they had gone. Still consider getting another. Nice collection

I do have to say that i am most upset that no one has noted my time setting skills. I remembered someone having a picture of two watches that were a few seconds apart (me i think  ) this caused a large amount of comment. So i spent the next three weeks setting the time on multiple watches. Todays picture is the result.
I expect that a few of you looked to see if the times were okay, and were disappointed that they were quite close.

Well, I like this one a lot. It's different, unique and has historical context. Wear them with pride gentlemen. On a slightly different subject I like my recently acquired C8 MkI but the hands are so ridiculously small I can hardly see the damn things. It's not as if there's a lack of space is it?! If I could have larger hands fitted from the MKII I might be tempted to wear it.

Exactly the reason I had to sell my Mk1's. I asked about the possibility of having MKII hands fitted, but without success. :(

Ah! Thanks for that, Richard. I feel then that my short encounter with the MkI is about to come to an end. Pity, it's a terrific watch. If only I could tell the time with it :(
