Everyone has the right to report on the watches they own (CWL) good and bad but I will not accept finger trouble. A watch is a complex mechanism and sometimes they do have problems.

I have found that the overall quality of CWL watches to be quite high and I know that any problems are quickly fixed showing excellent customer care.

As a package, you are buying a fine quality watch at a very good price.

So from the replies that have come in we now seem to have 12 watches, 3 of which have had some faults...2 of these being yours..possibly a bad batch of movements or poor packing resulting in damage during transit.
So again..either try to let CW make things right or move to another brand (steelfish maybe) and hope for better luck..
Um, I never said that 100% of CW watches are faulty. You must be struggling with reading comprehension. I said that 100% of my CW watches were faulty. Please re-read the following quote a few times:

My next purchase will be a Steelfish.
For the record, a Steelfish is a Breitling model, not a brand.

Obviously. Let's hope that CW has more intelligence and integrity than their fanboys and issues a full refund shortly.
