Hi all

As a follower of Random Robs videos I thought I would post this, you can see him hands on with some CW from the Windup show at San Fran.

Interesting but you will see him with some existing models with the logo only. Apologies if this has been posted and I have missed it.

That was mentioned in the press release about the current lineups getting the new logo... which makes sense as that happened with the past logo changes.

Rob's video shows off how beautiful the Aquitaine is. Looking at it again I think the Oris Divers Sixty-Five was a big inspiration for it but I think it actually topped Oris. More dressy and impactful design and surely a nicer bezel!

Agree on the Aquitaine it’s a real grower. Also like how the logo only, works on the Super Compressor and the Moonglow. Interesting times ahead.

Well spotted!

Think I prefer the new logo on the moonglow but maybe mainly because it is centred rather than the cw text at 9. Not sure about the super compressor, think I prefer the original.

The C60 trident will be the biggest shift with logo and date and will look better I'm sure as a modern dive watch.

Well, are we to hope for some "new old stock" trinkets in a future sale? Not so much "wrong trousers" as wrong dial decoration hahaha

Uh oh

The more I see the Swish-only, the more it looks like an unfinished blob. Especially on the moonglow and Super Compressor.

I agree on the Moonglow the logo seems incongruous, compared to the text at 9. I feel it draws too much attention away from the translucent lower part of the dial. However, this a unique watch. On the Super Compressor and all the others I have seen it on it is fine, the 'sportier' the watch the more it's an improvement but never less than equal, just different.

Give me more models with just the logo! The length imbalance of the words "Christopher" and "Ward" presents too many design challenges and we all remember CHR. WARD as the attempt to deal with that!

Personally I think this is a very good change, love the logo on my 2 C7's

looks alot better balanced especially with the date window @ 6

When I haven’t got my glasses on and look at my Moonglow I keep thinking it’s the minute hand pointing at the 9 o’clock position so always think it’s quarter to the hour and not the company name. Old age for you

Much prefer just having the twin flags logo on the dial now!

It sure was divisive. I was ambivalent towards v.1 and v.3, and I like the Swish Only. But I absolutely LOVED the v.2 "CHR. WARD". I'm so pleased to have it on the C9 SS.

Oh dear, now I need a new Super Compressor for the updated face and rotor.... I doubt CW will upgrade mine for me!
