I'm curious to see what did everyone purchase on the latest CW sale! I heard there was a jumping hour and a C9 5 days

Let's see your January sale purchases!

Assuming the sale was legit during the cycle I was involved in, I got one of the NN C60 sapphire blue on blue. I’ll be picking up the orange/blue hybrid strap for it. Got it for $644 and I think that’s a very good price for such an attractive watch.

Managed to order this within 2 minutes of getting the email last night.
Really pleased as this was going to be my next purchase.
The RRP listed is incorrect, but I'm happy enough with the reduced price.
David.

I looked several hours after the mail went out - was middle of the night here. Well, some nice watches left but nothing I really craved. Good for my budget!

I’ve been prevaricating for months over colour but I finally went back to my original intention and purchased a black C63 GMT.

I got the despatched email this morning, although it’s probably sitting outside the back door awaiting the DPD driver.

Despatch email received for a C65 Super Compressor on a bracelet in Deep Blue (to go with the Ocean Blue I already own). Looks stunning on photos and I think the SC's wear really well. Looking forward to receiving it on Monday............

The Abyss on a tide strap - looks excellent in the photos and have had an eye on getting an Abyss for a while :)

I (hopefully) managed to get a C65 Trident Automatic in blue - was a very close call between this, the C65 GMT Pepsi or a Blue Sealander C63, but I've got two GMT watches in my small collection and no dive watches, so ended up jumping on this.

This'll be my first CW so looking forward to seeing what all the fuss is about

does this have the newer better crown that doesn't leak like the first batch?

I didn't know that was a thing! However it wasn't listed as 'V1' as I noticed some were, so hopefully!

I'll not be getting it wet outside of the odd rain shower though, so hopefully it'll hold up ok!

To be clear/fair, the V1 did not have a screw down crown. It still has a 150m WR rating, but be careful of accidentally pulling the crown out. I have a C65 with a push-pull crown that popped out when I pulled my hand out of my pocket once. I was aware of it and popped it right back in.

The V2 had a screw down crown, still with 150m WR. Screw down just added a little extra security and peace of mind.

I’m more than happy with the push pull crown on my C65, never had any moisture issues.

Hope you enjoy your watch!
