For now I need the watch to arrive so I can make sure it doesn't look too big on my wrist. That's my only real concern with the watch. I have a 6.5"-6.75" wrist. My 42mm Omega PO2500 fits me perfectly. I can't go much bigger than that though.
Yeah I'm not sure whether that is just me personally, or most people would suffer from the same thing. I have to admit though with it being a "chunky" watch, that I prefer it to be snug and take the odd time it gets warm under the strap....

Mine fits perfectly, but then again not sure what wrist size I have.... I'll try to measure now, but it will be personal choice to you I'm sure anyway.

Hope you like it as it's lovely watch!

So the C11 came in today. It is fantastic and very comfortable on the wrist. I hardly know it's there. My only concern is if it is too big for my wrist. I am on the very last hole on the strap and with my 6.5"-6.75" wrist the perfect size for me is 42mm. This is 42mm but with the square casing the lugs go further out than most of my other watches. Thoughts?

My honest opinion.....

It looks slightly too large on your wrist... although watches often look larger in close-up wrist pictures than in real life.

My acid test... if the lugs overhang the wrist - it is too big.

No other way to say it, it's to big for your wrist.

I have to agree with others.

It's kinda huge.

You're right. I added these pics which are a bit further away. The lugs are almost exactly the same width as my wrist.

On those pics it looks borderline, but in the end I reckon it's fine - so long as it is comfortable...

My C11 Chrono is a bit on the big side for myself also, similar size wrists too.
But I'm very happy with it.
If you like it, keep it :)

I have skinny wrists and i think i sits well. Your eyes soon get used to it and then when you have something small on they look like tiddlers!!

Looks like my wife agrees with you guys. She thinks it looks too big and gaudy on me and it's her opinion that matters the most. I hate to send it back but I'm afraid over time I will end up feeling the same way she does. Why couldn't I have been born with bigger wrists!

When it comes to choosing a watch I also listen to my wife, it makes for a much happier collection. :D Enjoy your hunt for an alternative, I'm sure you won't be disappointed.

I have to agree with you both. This applies to my clothes as well. If the wife doesn't like it, I probably won't wear it much.

The pictures that you took further away do look much better though.

I agree that it looks borderline big. It may work better with a strap that isn't so bulky. Might be worth a try if you are not married to that strap.

when i got my C11 and posted pictures here i was quite shocked at how massive it looked. i only have 6.25 inch wrists, but they're quite flat and wide if you get me. the pictures you've taken with your arm hanging down look like a far better representation to me, and the size looks fine there to me.

another thought - this isn't a subtle or retiring watch - i think it's fine if it fills the whole space!

a final thought - if you're posting here for advice could it be that the watch is just causing you a niggle that no amount of reassurance will assuage? if that's the case, can you be sure that this watch is going to be enjoyed and get lots of wrist time?
watching you fail in your quest for a “one watch” has been great entertainment
