This is pretty much exactly how I ended with a C60 Sapphire this week :D

“Honey, it’s true I bought a watch. But it was an accident, honest!”

DHL dropped it off just now. I'm impressed. If my watch was used, I couldn't tell. Plastic all over it, no flaws that I can see. All links present, warranty card, paperwork and CW cloth was unused.

I did notice that the bezel is much easier to turn on accident than my Trident. It's also multi directional. Little play in it, but not too bad. The lume is a PITA to photograph with my cell phone.

Definitely a bit of both. I blame the fogginess of a mild but worsening hangover for the whole thing, really.
Mrs Beardo is of the opinion that the universe was telling me I really needed it. I'll accept either scenario :D

There’s also a minor burr on the edge of the bezel. I was looking for a magnifying glass yesterday to check the hands etc. and the one thing people said is “Don’t do it. It will ruin the experience.” and I think I agree with that and in the end I didn’t buy it.

Tide strap is so stiff it’s insane. So I ordered some fkm rubber straps. I’m not sure how I feel about the watch, but if I decide to keep it I will probably get the bracelet anyway.

Presumably this is a NN watch. If so, this seems perfectly reasonable.

I know there is lots of feedback that most NN watches are indistinguishable from new, but if you want a guaranteed new watch, buy new.

If you want a 30% discount then take the risk with a NN watch which may have some minor imperfections.

There appear to have been some items added this morning, in case anybody is interested.

I've just noticed and been watching them disappear quite quickly.

I’ve been hovering over the bronze Trident, have resisted so far though.

I had it in my basket for a while, but then it obviously sold, as the complete purchase button was deactivated.

Was anyone able to compile a list of models that were initially included in this July sale with retail and marked down prices?
