Oh dear. Selling a TradeTime watch, as a watch on Chrono24 is so old school…

I have bought a few. Together with a few Bel Cantos and one of those Birkins Blowers. Used them to create a CDO (collateralised debt obligation)…

Are you interested in buying a slice?

(This is not investment advice. The value of assets may be volatile and you may get back less than you invested!)

I'm onboard for some collateralised debt obligation - if you're giving it the nose-wipe all clear then it sounds lucrative (ludicrous- damn autocorrect...) to me :lol:

My consort bracelet from the sale arrived today and I love it! I bought it mainly for my soon (HOPEFULLY) to arrive FLE, but I’m pleased to find it works on my C63 GMT and also the 36mm C63. It’s a tight fit on the 36mm and it’s slightly off kilter, but it works.

It seems to turn watches into completely different watches. Or am I just stating the obvious :thumbup:

@Thegreyman
Or that I was a fan of Michael Lewis books such as Liar’s Poker and The Big Short. :)

I do though confess to having met a few investment bankers during client meetings.

It really does! I think it is obvious, but you don't really realize how much it changes the look and feel of it on your wrist until you try it. It's almost like wearing a totally different watch.

I grabbed the Vintage oak leather strap in Tan colour.. the one that folks here complained about the black parts peeling after use i think. except the pin buckle is black colour on this strap, but i still plan to use it with my C60 300 Bronze.

[Trigger warning: virtue signaling] I decided to add an Aquitaine with the sale. As some here may have gathered, I’m usually not too bothered by order delays, where some appear quite eager for instant gratification. The timeline:
07 Jan order placed
09 Jan order confirmed
11 Jan order despatched
11 Jan DHL confirmation, estimated delivery date is 23 Jan.

We shall see if it takes this long. I know I like rurally in the former Colonies, and DHL does not make routine deliveries to my area. I think DHL does not _like_ to make any deliveries to my area. ;) But this lag is not uncommon. Some may recall a previous order of mine from the July ‘21 sale took six weeks to arrive - yes, both DHL and US Customs suffered inexcusable levels of stupidity then. Anyhow, yes, I want the watch. No, I do not expect (or demand) immediate delivery. I admit I do chuckle when some go to DEFCON 3 when their orders are delayed. Be glad when deliveries are quick; it’s not worth stroking out over.
[/warning] :D

@thomcat00 Best of luck. Mine was despatched on 1/8, delivery expected 1/12, but was received at my house in Michigan on 1/10. DHL seems to be cooking with fire, free of the holiday delays.
