Thank you! Not in a rush but good to know.

I can see this being the first of many, the brand ticks so many boxes for me and at such a great price.

After all that I'm fairly certain I've been sent the wrong size. A little disappointing if so - can't be 100% sure of my measurements as there is nothing on the watch itself to specify.

Should be 40mm, the invoice was for SKU: N60-40ADA31S0KW0-TK

Annoyingly nowhere in the order does it actually say "40mm" which seems daft.

Nothing that accurate, but I've measured lug to lug, width and diameter and all match up to the 38. Also the slightly "squashed in" date window.

^^^ The SKU is certainly for 40 mm, but your measurements, if correct, suggest 38 mm.

Don’t wear it; call or email CS to clarify/discuss.

The SKU is also the serial/model number engraved around the edge of the caseback.

What does the SKU say on the warranty card.
The full product code should include the case size ref, 38/40/42 etc. The full SKU's are shown in the archive section of this website.
The first letter C/S/N denotes new, sale, nearly new. The serial number on the warranty card should match, though.

I just checked a C60 I have, and the case back shows the serial number, and a Ltd Edition Counter, (XXX/500) but not a model SKU. I'm not going to search for the box containing the warranty card though!

My other CWs also don't show the SKU on the caseback, just the serial number.

As you suggest, the easily identifiable difference is in the length of the hour marker at 6 and the position of the date window.
