Re: January 2022 Sale
Yes I agree, the C65 GMT Worldtimer is a very cool watch, especially on the bracelet.
Re: January 2022 Sale
They must have come across a batch of the worldtimers, as the buy button continues to be active. I am still mulling it over, sort of half wishing the button greys out to stay the temptation.

Re: January 2022 Sale
I noticed that the C65 GMT Worldtimer listed in the sale is designated as V1, but the description states in multiple places that it uses the newer Sellita SW330-2 movement. What then would be different in the V1 version compared to later production... possibly lack of a screw down crown? TIA!

I could be wrong on this but I believe all the C65 GMT Worldtimer's have a screwdown crown and also a bi-directional bezel.audio.bill wrote: ↑Thu Feb 10, 2022 3:56 pm I noticed that the C65 GMT Worldtimer listed in the sale is designated as V1, but the description states in multiple places that it uses the newer Sellita SW330-2 movement. The V1 had the Sellita SW330-1 but I'm not sure if or when there was a SW330-2 version.

Re: January 2022 Sale
That's how I remember it too. I remember emailing customer service when this model dropped asking if screw down crowns were going to be standard on other models with the same case. Of course they said there were no plans and then they dropped the V2 Dartmouth a month or so laterMiniMpi wrote: ↑Thu Feb 10, 2022 4:05 pmI could be wrong on this but I believe all the C65 GMT Worldtimer's have a screwdown crown and also a bi-directional bezel.audio.bill wrote: ↑Thu Feb 10, 2022 3:56 pm I noticed that the C65 GMT Worldtimer listed in the sale is designated as V1, but the description states in multiple places that it uses the newer Sellita SW330-2 movement. Re: January 2022 Sale
I contacted the Customer Service yesterday with the same question and received two different answers: Once I was told that the watch has the SW330 with 42 hours power reserve. The second e-mail said that the watch has a power reserve of 56 hours. Until yesterday, the article description still contained both informations.

Re: January 2022 Sale
Since the World Timer is no longer listed under Retro-Dive watches odds are that it is the SW330 in that particular watch. They may be selling out the stock they had to make the switch over to the new movement (which was pretty recently) or discontinuing it altogether.

Re: January 2022 Sale
I'm sure it wouldn't have lasted long whether it was up in the initial rush or added at 3AM four days later. One of a couple I'd have bought without hesitation even at twice what I've ever paid for a watch!
Nice pickup Jpka
