Totally accept and agree, but I’ll miss that moment, after trying on a new watch, twirling your wrist around in a few mirrors, checking in with your gut to see how the watch really makes you feel, then taking a deep breath and finally snipping off the hang tag - the moment when there’s no going back, no return, and the watch is actually yours!

How much did the pepsi C65 GMT sell for? There's a quite a few on eBay for sale,I assume these came from this last sale?
As a guide, a C65 Trident GMT Vintage, on a leather strap was £570 delivered

I have sent back and it has been received today a C60 Trident Pro 600 Diver in white on black hybrid rubber.
Nothing wrong with it just couldn't justify keeping so many watches so this one was my least favourite out of the ones i had but it was still great so keep your eyes on the sale section of the CW website if interested.

Thanks for the prompt - just got a Blue Sealander Auto on tide strap at £416.50, which was what I looked at on the first day of the sale but couldn't get to my credit card in time. It'll be interesting what I make of it as I'm not sure if it looks a bit well er boring in some photos and I had the blue GMT in mind for a showroom visit. It's a great price though and it's bought with the safety net of a return of watch and refund if necessary.

Looked at that Diver SH21 as I wanted a blue dial but I don't trust that movement or it's longevity. (Sorry all of you that like it )

Just last night, I told a fellow Forum member that I had decided to pass on a watch that he had for sale. Reason being, I had "spent my watch budget" on a couple of CW watches recently. Then, I checked the Clearance page today & discovered a watch that had been on my list for months, the C65 Super Compressor in Deep Blue on a Black Tropic strap. And just like that, my reluctance to buy another watch right now vanished & I couldn't get to my credit card quick enough. That color & strap for that watch is exactly what I had been waiting for in hopes that I might find it at a discount. So, I owe that Forum member an apology. Haven't told the wife yet.

I picked up a strap for m C65 Auto and it was picked up on Monday and it shows already at DHL on the west coast (NA). I should have it tomorrow... amazing.
