A poor substitute, I know, but…

Looks great and will nestle nicely into your collection and rotation.

Ya, those CNS take forever to get to you but I really like the textured ones. Gives a very different look to the watch.

That reassures me to hear you say they take awhile to get here. I guess they’re on a slow boat out of Germany.

Am I correct in thinking you have one of their NATOs in coral? Was the you? I’m tempted to order that color at some point.

Congratulations Andrew, the watch looks fantastic and works incredibly with all the straps pictured! You've got me hankering for a white dial now (something I've not been too keen on before, but it'd make a nice change...)

I don't have one from CNS. The closest I have would be the Mai Tai ADPT from W&W.

That must be what I’m thinking of. Very similar colors.

I've got a coral paratrooper strap on order from CNS (I assume they must be hand delivered given the shipping time  ) so I'll share some shots in the strap thread when they arrive.

Hoping it'll look good with the blue of my Highlander.

Andrew - what size is your wrist? I’ve been sorely tempted by this release but am concerned that it might be too small for my 7.1 inch wrist.

My wrist is around 6.75”. That’s pulling a tape measure snug around my wrist where I wear my watch, but not tight. I’d allow for a little bit of error with that measurement. I hope this helps.

I think it would wear fine. The Sealanders visually wear larger because of the large dial. My 38 wears more like a 40 to my eye. Just give your brain a little time to adjust. Size is really weird. I have a 7.5" wrist. Here is a 35mm and a 42 and they both look good to me!

There is also some parallax in wrist shots that make watches look different than they do in person.

Hey Andrew, was just looking over your conclusion concerning the noticeable differences between the C63 and your C65 vintage. Funnily enough you didn't mention the flag only branding on the C63. So my question: how do you like just the twin flags? Do you feel the dial lacks anything by not having Christopher Ward written on it? I know my thoughts but I'm curious to hear yours. Oh...and how are you getting on with having a display caseback on a CW?
