First two are easy:

1) Omega PO (gift from SWMBO)
2) C5 Malvern Aviator (my favourite CW by a long way)

The last one would be tricky - possibly something vintage (my Ingersol or the Omega Geneve) or the Tisssot Visodate :?

My inclination would be for the Ingersol as it was handed down, but it might be slightly fragile (mind you, I have the PO and C5 for robust occasions)

Ok !

3) my Ingersol :D

Difficult question, I like all my watches but here goes,
1, Breitling Superocean Steelfish because when I brought my now wife her engagement ring I brought this watch for myself.
2, Meistersinger Perigraph because of its single hand quirkiness and the good lucks.
3, CW c60 Trident orange on orange. Although this is my cheapest watch I can't get over the quality and style for the money and also the amount of compliments it gets.
Tag Formula 1
Brietling Superocean Steelfish
Brietling Superocean Chrono
Oris divers date
Raymond Weil Orthello
Tag Formula 1 date/alarm
Meistersinger perigraph
CW C60 600
Oris divers sub dial
Tag Formula 1 Maclaren
Oris Depth gauge

Now there's dedication!

I would struggle and it would take me ages to agonise over the decision, so let me put myself in the zone.

'JM, quick! You need to get the feck out of there and for the love of all that is holy, bring only three watches! Got that? Only three!'
'Crumbs. Sounds bad, I had better get my skates on and get going. Right. End of world scenario. Fortis B42, for timing stuff. Check. Mkii vantage for exploring stuff. Check. 6152-1 homage for adding weight to ones wrist whilst clobbering stuff. Check. Damn it! What about my C60 for diving and stuff? Ah, wear that one, bring the other three like the chap said. Sorted.'

Grrr..... Decisions, decisions...

1) Omega PO (have recently decided I need this back in my life)
2) Vintage Omega De Ville (for those formal occasions)
3) Makaira Elite (jeans and giggles)

The above would not include those stored in preparation for the Zombie Apocalypse...

This is too hard for me, the only one I've got so far is my Seiko sportura (quartz beater with saph crystal, alarm, second timezone and chrono - engagement pressie from the fiance, everything the mind and soul needs?

Screw it I'm going all quartz, reducing servicing costs:

The above plus:

Tag Heuer Aquaracer 500m blue dial
Grand Seiko SBGX063 silver dial

That's a care free set of dress, dive and chrono.

However could all mech Omega:

Planet Ocean 42mm
Speedmaster moon watch
Vintage Geneve Dynamic blue bullseye
I miss all the great things that may never be.

It was easier when we did it with 6!

OK...

1. Orient Mako (holidays, hiking, camping, swimming & ruff stuff - we have to be objective and anyway I like it)

2. Smiths Astral (old, gold, English and gorgeous - bit like me without the gold  )

3. Nomos Tangente (superb watch, stunning and classically neutral, goes with almost anything)

It won't happen, 'cos there are a few that are going nowhere - my gold Omega, my Dynamic, my Enicar, my WW1 Marvin to name four!

If I were allowed to choose any three watches NOT in my collection it would be a different story! :problem:

Omega Aqua Terra (8500) - by far the best watch I own and an extravagant gift from my wife.
My father's vintage Tudor - sentimental reason too.

The last one changes frequently but in contrast to the sentimental first two;
Nite TX40 - Bomb proof/adaptable/accurate and bought for such a steal I would be mad to sell it.

It all depends why I was going to 3. If it was a fire it would be the three that I could grab quickest. Although as they are in a big case with a handle that holds 25 I would just grab that. :D

If it was because I desperately needed the money I would be selling all the watches that could sell easily and get good money which means I would be left with the 3 that didn't sell and they may not be my favourites but if I was that strapped for cash I don't think I would be worrying about watches.

Like some others if I had to chose three it would be very difficult and would change depending on my mood.
